All of the products being sold by us come up with an official company’s warranties and are brand new.
Only faulty, damaged, or defective item can be replaced/exchanged/refunded within 7 days after receiving the product.

Note: Products that are heavily used by the customer can’t be exchanged or returned even in the 7 days period.
After 7 days of receiving the product, no replaced/exchanged/refunded policy can be availed by the customer.
- The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address with their Name / CNIC# / Mobile Number and Complete Address.
- Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
- All returns should be sent to Mayari.pk (Office#1 Second Floor, Plaze#7172 Linear Commercial, Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi).
